I've spent years in this industry, working with creators, colleagues, and clients across markets like Southeast Asia, India, the US, and China.

There's a lot I can't say out loud. Can't get angry. Can't complain in the group chat. Can't send the email I actually want to send.

So I started writing it down instead.

This isn't pure thought leadership. There's some of that. There's also a lot of stories, things I've learned the hard way, and the occasional framework that emerged from a specific incident I'm still recovering from. Mostly written for the people in this industry who already know what I'm talking about. Sometimes useful for the rest of you.
